You are hereby commanded to appear by filing a written answer to the PETITION FOR APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVER TO LEASE MINERAL INTERESTS at or before ten o’clock A.M. of the Monday next after the expiration of forty-two days after the date of issuance of this citation the same being Monday, August 14th,, 2017, before the Honorable 3rd Judicial District Court of Henderson County, Texas at the COURTHOUSE in Athens, Texas at the JUDICIAL COMPLEX in Athens, Texas.. Said PETITION FOR APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVER TO LEASE MINERAL INTERESTS was filed in said court on 06/05/2017, in this case numbered CV17-0255-3 on the docket of said court, and styled, O’Brien Resources, LLC vs. Louis I. Jarrell; and Martha B. Foster, or the unknown heirs of Martha B. Foster.
The names of the parties to the cause are as follows:

O’Brien Resources, LLC are Plaintiffs and Louis I. Jarrell or the unknown heirs of Louis L. Jerrell; and Martha B. Foster or the unknown heirs of Martha B. Foster are defendants.
A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to-wit: for the appointment of receiver to take charge of and execute oil, gas, and mineral leases for the mineral development of the real property situated in Henderson County, Texas, and described as follows:

Tract One:

7.38 acres of land, more or less, out of the Alex De La Garza survey, A-250, Henderson County, Texas, and being more particularly described in certain Warranty Deed dated June 27, 2013 from Mary Glenda Cleckly to Frances Cain and Connie Lovelady, recorded in Instrument Number 2013-00010427, Deed Records, Henderson County, Texas,

Tract Two:

2.620 acres of land, being a operation of a 60.00 acre tract, more or less, out of the Alex De La Garza Survey, A-250, Henderson County, Texas, and being more particularly described in certain Warranty Deed dated June 30, 2013 from Lena Pearl Davis, to Mary Glenda Cleckly, recorded in Instrument Number 2014-00009758, Deed Records, Henderson County, Texas.

Tract Three

0.59 acres of land, more or less, out of the Alex De La Garza Survey, A-20, Henderson County, Texas and being more particularly described in certain Warranty Deed dated November 13, 2015 from Mary Glenda Cleckly, a single person and James Jennings Cleckly II to Jennifer Graham, recorded in Instrument Number 2015-00015571, Deed Records, Henderson County, Texas.

Tract Four

11.40 acres of land, being a portion of a 60.00 acre tract, more or less, out of the Alex De La Garza Survey, A-250, Henderson County, Texas, and being more particularly described in certain Warranty Deed dated April 5, 2007 from Lena Pearl Davis to Francis Cain, recorded in Instrument Number 2013-00009760, Deed Records, Henderson County, Texas.

Tract Five

10.00 acres of land, being a portion of a 60.00 acre tract, more or less, out of the Alex De La Garza Survey, A-250, Henderson County, Texas, and being more particularly described in certain Warranty Deed dated April 5, 2007 from Lena Pearl Davis to Connie Lovelady, recorded in Instrument Number 2013-00009757, Deed Records, Henderson County, Texas.

Tract Six

10.00 acres of land, being a portion of a 60.00 acre tract, more or less, out of the Alex De La Garza Survey, A-250, Henderson County, Texas, and being more particularly described in certain Warranty Deed dated April 5, 2007 from Lena Pearl Davis to NancyMorgan, recorded in Instrument Number 2013-00009756, Deed Records, Henderson County, Texas.

Tract Seven

7.00 acres of land, being a portion of a 60.00 acre tract, more or less, out of the Alex De La Garza survey, A-250, Henderson County, Texas, and being more particularly described in certain General Warranty Deed dated July 4, 2013 fro Jon Nolan Davis to Francis Cain and Connie Lovelady, jointly, recorded in Instrument Number 2013-00010429, Deed Records, Henderson County, Texas.

Tract Eight

3.00 acres of land, more or less, situated in the Alex De La Garza survey, A-250, Henderson County, Texas, called Tract 1 and Tract 2 in Warranty Deed dated April 5, 2007 from Lena Pearl Davis to Jon Nolan Davis, recorded in Instrument Number 2013-00009759, Deed Records, Henderson County, Texas; SAVE & EXCEPT 10.26 acres of land, more or less, part of a 60.00 acre tract situated in the Alex De La Garza Survey, A-250, Henderson County, Texas, being the same land in Warranty Deed dated January 18, 1985 from Millard Benton Davis and wife, Lena Pearl Davis to Kerry Stepp and wife, Connie Stepp, recorded at Volume 1095, Page 458 Deed Records, Henderson County, Texas.

Tract Nine

10.26 acres of land, more or less, a part of a 60.00 are tract situated in the Alex De La Garza Survey, A-250, Henderson County, Texas, being the same land in Warranty Deed dated January 18, 1985 from Millard Benton Davis and wife, Lena Pearl Davis to Kerry Stepp and wife, Connie Stepp, recorded at Volume 1095, Page 458 Deed Records, Henderson County, Texas.

as is more fully shown by Plaintiff’s Original Petition on file in this suit.
The officer executing this writ shall promptly serve the same according to requirements of law, and the mandates thereof, and make due return as the law directs.
