AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM “G-A” GENERAL AGRICULTURE TO “L-2” LAKE RESIDENTIAL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMOND, OKLAHOMA.
SECTION 1. The following described property, to-wit:
Generally located at ? mile East of Air Depot Blvd. and north of 2nd Street, and more particularly described as:

PT SW4 SEC 27 14N 2W, BEG 660FT N OF SE/C SW4 TH N1320FT W495FT S1320FT E495FT TO BEG OR TRS 8 9 12 13 16 & TR 17 BERG UNRECORDED PLAT EX BEG 1380FT N & 445.5FT W OF SE/C SW4 TH N600FT W49.5FT S600FT E49.5FT TO BEG, and

PT SW4 SEC 27 14N 2W BEG 1320FT N & 495FT W OF SE/C SW4 THN60FT W465FT S60FT E465FT TO BEG, containing 15.00 acres more or less

is hereby rezoned from “G-A” General Agriculture to “L-2” Lake Residential
SECTION 2. This change in zoning shall be shown upon the Zoning Districts Map of the City of Edmond, on file in the office of the City Planner in the City of Edmond Planning and Public Works Center, 10 South Littler, Edmond, Oklahoma.
