FORECLOSURE NOTICE



Default having been made in the terms of that certain Mortgage, executed on 4/13/2016, by Robert Edward Clemmons II, married man , as Mortgagor, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc as nominee for Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC as Mortgagee, which said Mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate, Cullman County, Alabama, in Book 1785 , Page 635 on 4/19/2016 , and default having continued under the terms of said Mortgage, and by virtue of Alabama Code Section 35-10-3 and 35-10-2, the following described real property will be sold at public outcry, for cash, to the highest bidder, in front of the Courthouse door of said County, during the legal hours of sale, on 2/20/2018.



THE SW 1/4 OF LOT 14 OF IDLE ACRES SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO SURVEY RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 199, IN THE OFFICE OF THE JUDGE OF PROBATE OF CULLMAN COUNTY, ALABAMA. BEING THE SAME PROPERTY ERRONEOUSLY DESCRBIED IN DEEDS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 622, PAGE 711 AND FISCHE 1349, FRAME D3.



SUBJECT TO EASEMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS OF RECORD AND SUBJECT TO CURRENT TAXES, A LIEN BUT NOT YET PAYABLE. THE PROCEEDS OF THIS LOAN HAVE BEEN APPLIED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN, CONVEYED TO MORTGAGORS, SIMULTANEOUSLY HEREWITH. SAID MORTGAGE IS A PURCHASE MONEY MORTGAGE.
