Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Dwayne D. Veal and Louise E. Veal, husband and wife, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for The Mortgage Outlet, Inc., on the 7th day of February, 2006, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Cullman County, Alabama, in Book 1461 Page 975; the undersigned U.S. Bank National Association, As Trustee For Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust, Inc., Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2006-WF2, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Cullman, Cullman County, Alabama, on December 29, 2017, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Cullman County, Alabama, to-wit:



A parcel of land in the East half of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 3, Township 9 South, Range 2 West, and being more particularly described as follows: Commence at the Southwest corner of said 20 acre tract; thence North along the West line of the said 20 acre tract a distance of 226 feet to a point which is the point of beginning of the property here described; thence continue North along the West line of said 20 acre tract a distance of 104 feet, which is the Northwest corner of a five acre tract of land described as being five acres evenly off the South side of the 20 acre tract; thence North 88 degrees 47 minutes East along the North line of said five acre tract a distance of 210 feet; thence South 3 degrees 26 minutes East a distance of 107.4 feet; thence South 89 degrees 41 minutes West a distance of 216 feet to the point of beginning.
