Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Terry Lynn Loyd and wife, Sheri R. Loyd, originally in favor of American General Financial Services of Alabama, Inc., on the 22nd day of September, 2003, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Cullman County, Alabama, in Book 1357, Page 330; modified in Book 1745, Page 940; the undersigned U.S. Bank National Association As Indenture Trustee For Springleaf Mortgage Loan Trust 2013-3, Mortgage-Backed Notes, Series 2013-3 , as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Cullman, Cullman County, Alabama, on October 27, 2017, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Cullman County, Alabama, to-wit:



Commence at the Northeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, Section 13, Township 9 South, Range 3 West; thence S 89 degrees 00 minutes W a distance of 428.6 feet to a point; thence S 1 degrees 00 minutes E a distance of 20.0 feet to a point on the South right of way of a paved county road and the true point of beginning; thence continue S 1 degrees 00 minutes E a distance of 210.0 feet to a point; thence S 89 degrees 00 minutes W a distance of 420.0 feet to a point; thence N 1 degrees 00 minutes W a distance of 210.0 feet to a point on the South right of way of above mentioned county road; thence N 89 degrees 00 minutes E along said road a distance of 420.0 feet to the point of beginning. Said land lying and being in the SW 1/4-SE 1/4, Section 13, Township 9 South, Range 3 West, Cullman County, Alabama, and containing 2.0 acres, more or less.



Less and except: A part of the Northwest Quarter of Southwest Quarter of Southeast Quarter of Section 13, Township 9 South, Range 3 West, which is more particularly described as follows: Begin at the Northwest corner of said ten acre tract; thence East along North line of the ten acres tract 210 feet; thence South and parallel to West line of the ten acre tract 210 feet; thence West and parallel to North line of ten acre tract 210 feet to West line of ten acre tract; thence North along West line of the acre tract 210 feet to the point of beginning.
