Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Larry Cryer and wife Gail Cryer, originally in favor of CitiFinancial Corporation, LLC, on the 5th day of October, 2007, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Cullman County, Alabama, in MTG Book 1540 Page 178; the undersigned Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Cullman, Cullman County, Alabama, on March 23, 2018, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Cullman County, Alabama, to-wit:



>From the Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 1, Township 10, Range 1 West, go West along the Quarter-Quarter Section line 570 feet (to Northwest corner of land conveyed to Robert Lee Mabry by deed recorded in Deed Book 320, Page 459, Office of the Judge of Probate of Cullman County, Alabama) which point is the point of beginning for the land herein described; then go South 330 feet, more or less, to North right of way of road, then go in a Westerly direction along right of way of said road 690 feet, more or less, to point of intersection with North line of said Southeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter of Section 1, Township 10 South, Range 1 West, then go East 577 feet to point of beginning.

The balance of the purchase price must be paid in certified funds by noon the next business day at the Law Office of Sirote & Permutt, P.C. at the address indicated below. Sirote & Permutt, P.C. reserves the right to award the bid to the next highest bidder should the highest bidder fail to timely tender the total amount due.
