Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Jacob L. Property being in Cullman County, Alabama and containing 1.59 acres more or less. Property subject to all existing rights of way and/ or easements that are recorded or unrecorded.

The balance of the purchase price must be paid in certified funds by noon the next business day at the Law Office of Sirote & Permutt, P.C. at the address indicated below.
