Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Arthur Larry Welch and Kathy L. Welch, husband and wife, originally in favor of Household Finance Corporation of Alabama, on the 26th day of April, 2004, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of St. Clair County, Alabama, in Book 2004 Page 22581; the undersigned U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF10 Master Participation Trust, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Pell City, St. Clair County, Alabama, on February 9, 2018, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in St. Clair County, Alabama, to-wit:

Lot 13, in Block 3, according to the Survey of 100 Oaks Subdivision, Secord Sector, as recorded in Map Book D, Page 2, in the Probate Office of St. Clair County, Pell City Division, Alabama.
