Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Jackie Sue Moody and Gary C. Moody, wife and husband, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for Synergy Mortgage Corp., on the 4th day of November, 2003, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of St. Clair County, Alabama, in Book 2003 Page 68486; the undersigned Bank of America, N.A., as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Pell City, St. Clair County, Alabama, on December 27, 2017, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in St. Clair County, Alabama, to-wit:
