Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Donald M. Martin and wife, Jackie B. Martin, originally in favor of Green Tree Financial Corp, on the 19th day of June, 1998, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of St. Clair County, Alabama, in Instrument Number: 9804044 ; the undersigned U.S. Bank, N.A. as trustee for Manufactured Housing Contract Senior/Subordinate Pass-Through Certificate Trust 1999-5, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Pell City, St. Clair County, Alabama, on November 22, 2017, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in St. Clair County, Alabama, to-wit:

East, 42.37 feet), thence Northeasterly along said proposed North right of way for 42.76 feet, thence (leaving said right of way) North 02 deg. 14 min. 25 sec. West for 235.54 feet, thence North 87 deg. 45 min. 35 sec. East for 155.61 feet, thence North 02 deg. 14 min. 25 sec. West for 255.61 feet to the Point of Beginning.
