Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by William Todd McWhorter and wife, Barbara M. McWhorter, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Archway Mortgage, LLC, on the 21st day of May, 2007, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of St. Clair County, Alabama, in Book 2007 Page 34793; the undersigned Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC , as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Pell City, St. Clair County, Alabama, on January 12, 2018, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in St. Clair County, Alabama, to-wit:

A tract of land situated in the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 1, Township 17 South, Range 1 East, St. Clair County, Alabama, Pell City Division, being more particularly described as follows: Commence at the NW corner of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 1, Township 17 South, Range 1 East, St. Clair County, Alabama, and run in a Southerly direction along the West line of said 1/4-1/4 section a distance of 488.76 feet to a point on the SW right of way line of a county road; thence turn a deflection angle of 69 degrees 12 minutes 00 seconds to the left and run in a Southeasterly direction along the SW right of way line of said county road a distance of 752.89 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue in a Southeasterly direction along the SW right of way line of said county road a distance of 75.00 feet to a point thence turn an interior angle of 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds and run to the right in a Southwesterly direction a distance of 289.48 feet to a point; thence turn an interior angle of 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds and run to the right in a Northwesterly direction a distance of 75.00 feet to a point; thence turn an interior angle if 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds and run to the right in a Northeasterly direction a distance of 289.48 feet to the Point of Beginning.
