MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE

Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Paul J. Comeau, unmarried, to Regions Bank on the 29th day of May, 2015, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of St. Clair County, Alabama in Mortgage Book 2015, Page 17947.

The undersigned, Regions Bank under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgages, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the Main entrance of the Court House at Ashville, St. Clair County, Alabama, on the 14th day of March, 2018, during the legal hours of sale, the following real estate, situated in St. Clair County, Alabama, to-wit:

Lot 15, according to the map of Poplar Crest as recorded in Map Book 6, Page 1, in the office of the Judge of Probate, St. Clair County, Ashville, Alabama.

This sale is made for the purpose of paying the indebtedness secured by said mortgage, as well as the expenses of foreclosure.
