Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed on September 26, 2011 by Ernest A Beckwith, Jr, a single person and Antonio A Castillo, Jr, a single person, originally in favor of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., and recorded in Book 2011 at Page 28467 on October 7, 2011, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Saint Clair County, Alabama. Shapiro and Ingle, L.L.P., as counsel for Mortgagee or Transferee and under and by virtue of power of sale contained in the said mortgage will, on February 15, 2018, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder in front of the main entrance of the Saint Clair County, Alabama, Courthouse in the City of Pell City, during the legal hours of sale, the following real estate situated in Saint Clair County, Alabama, to wit:
