Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed on July 30, 2012 by Janice B McDonald, a single woman, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Hometown Mortgage Services, Inc., and recorded in Mortgage Book 2012 at Page 24756 on July 31, 2012, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Saint Clair County, Alabama, and secured indebtedness having been transferred or assigned to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as reflected by instrument recorded in Mortgage Book 2017, Page 39260 of the same Office. Situated part in the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter and part in the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 30, Township 17 South, Range 4 East, St. Clair County, Alabama.
