NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE



Default having been made in the payment of the debt secured by that certain mortgage executed on April 29, 2016, by David B. Keith, an unmarried man, said mortgage being recorded on April 29, 2016, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Cullman County, Alabama, in Mtg. Book 1786, Page 474. Traditions Bank as Mortgagee, by reason of such default, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said Mortgage will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, at the front door entrance of the Courthouse at Cullman County, Alabama, on October 30, 2017 during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Cullman County, Alabama, to-wit:



Lot #41 of Bear Pen Creek Subdivision as recorded in Plat 2007 Page 21 and being corrected in Plat 2007 Page 23 in the Probate Records of Cullman County, Alabama. Along with the Confirmation and Ratification of Owner’s Certificate on Recorded Plat and Restrictions in Misc Book 246 Page 85.

THIS PROPERTY WILL BE SOLD ON AN “AS IS, WHERE IS” BASIS, SUBJECT TO ANY EASEMENTS, ENCUMBRANCES, AND EXCEPTIONS REFLECTED IN THE MORTGAGE AND THOSE CONTAINED IN THE RECORDS OF THE OFFICE OF THE JUDGE OF PROBATE OF THE COUNTY WHERE THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED PROPERTY IS SITUATED.
