Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Cleve T Gallups and Tammy Gallups, husband and wife, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. acting solely as nominee for METRO BANK, on May 31, 2005, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of St. Clair County, Alabama, at MTG Book 2005, Page 30459; and subsequently transferred and assigned to BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; and subsequently transferred and assigned to Specialized Loan Servicing LLC; Specialized Loan Servicing LLC, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the St. Clair County Courthouse, in St. Clair, Alabama, on 10/26/2017, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate, situated in St. Clair County, Alabama, to-wit:

LOT TWENTY (20), OLD BEAVERS FARM AS SHOWN BY PLAT FOR OLD BEAVERS FARM RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE JUDGE OF PROBATE OF ST. CLAIR COUNTY, ALABAMA, IN SLIDE A-110-4, PELL CITY DIVISION.

This sale is made for the purpose of paying the indebtedness secured by said mortgage, as well as the expense of foreclosure.
