NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE

Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain Mortgage executed by Barbara Brown, a single woman, to BancorpSouth Bank, dated the 28th day of February, 2012, which Mortgage was recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of St. Clair County, Alabama, Ashville Division, in Mortgage Book 2012, at Page 6185. The undersigned Mortgagee, BancorpSouth Bank, will, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said Mortgage, sell at auction to the highest bidder for cash before the main entrance of the St. Clair County Courthouse in Ashville, Alabama, during the legal hours of sale on January 4, 2018, the real property described in said Mortgage, which said description is hereby referred to and made a part hereof, said property being situated in St. Clair County, Alabama, to-wit:

Lot 4 according to the Survey of West Subdivision of the Town of Odenville, as recorded in Map Book 1, Page 28, in the Probate Office of St. Clair County, Alabama, Ashville Division.
