NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE ROYSE CITY

ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

CITY OF ROYSE CITY, TEXAS



NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of Royse City, Texas will hold a public hearing at 6:30 PM on Tuesday, the 5th day of December 2017, at the Police & Courts Building; 100 West Main Street, Royse City, Texas 75189.



At such time and place, the Board will hear and take appropriate action on:



1) A request by owner/ owner representative for a variance from the Royse City Code of Ordinances; Chapter 14 Zoning, Section 4-4 MH Manufactured Home District, F. Development & Installation

Regulations, #1. Owner is requesting a variance from the permanent foundation requirement to be in conformance with HUD standards on the

property described below.



Lot 17 of the Hill Estates Addition, also known as 5404 CR 2594, Royse City, Hunt County, Texas.



2) A request by owner/ owner representative for a variance from the Royse City Code of Ordinances; Chapter 14 Zoning, Section 6-3 Accessory Building Regulations: Variance from D. Area/Size Allowed, requesting a 1,062 square feet variance (1602 square feet structure) on the property described

below.



Lot 15 of the Fairway Ranch Estates, Phase II, also known as 1700 Ranch Road, Royse City, Rockwall County, Texas.



All interested citizens of the City are invited to

attend these public hearings and participate in the same.
