NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS BEFORE THE ROYSE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING

COMMISSION AND THE ROYSE CITY, CITY

COUNCIL CITY OF ROYSE CITY, TEXAS



NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning and

Zoning Commission of the City of Royse City, Texas, will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on the 5th day of October 2017 at the Police & Courts Building, 100 West Main Street, Royse City, Texas 75189.



NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Royse City, Texas will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on the 24th day of October 2017 at the Police and Courts Building, 100 West Main Street, Royse City, Texas, 75189.



At such time and place, the Commission & Council will hear and take appropriate action on the

following items/applications.
1) An application by owner/owner
representative for a zoning change from
Agricultural to Planned Development
(traditional residential) for the properties
described as, Tract 6 of the J Stephenson
Survey, Abstract 188; Tract 2 of the the JW Love Survey, Abstract 140; and part of the William Love Survey, Abstract 135, Royse City, Rockwall County, Texas, and any
matters related thereto. Property is
located, generally, at the end of S. Erby Campbell (and the southwest corner of S. Erby Campbell and Circle).
2) A request by owner/owner
representative, amending the Rolling
Meadows, Phase 2 Planned Development, removing the fence/masonry wall from Phase 1 of Rolling Meadows, as outlined in the zoning of the Rolling Meadows, Phase 2 Planned Development zoning ordinance &
conceptual plan. Planned Development is Tracts 22-24 of the WH Kuykendall Survey, Abstract 513, Royse City, Collin County, Texas, and any matters related thereto. Property is located on the east side of FM 1777, approximately .630 of a mile from
SH 66.



All interested citizens of the City are invited to

attend these public hearings and participate in the same.
