NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER FORECLOSURE NOTICE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by MATTHEW J. BATSON AND CHRISTI M. BATSON, HUSBAND AND WIFE, to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.
