NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Vigo Superior Court 2 of Vigo County, Indiana, in Cause No. 84D02-1701-MF-000699 wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association was Plaintiff, and Hermanus L. Carson was a Defendant, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 15 day of February, 2018, at the hour of 10am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 201 Cherry Street, Terre Haute, IN 47807, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Vigo County, Indiana.
