NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in the Substitute Trustee, WV Trustee Services, LLC, by that certain Deed of Trust dated March 30, 2001, executed by Borrower(s), Barbara D Tigert and William E Tigert, to James B. Crawford, III, the Trustee of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Book 5004, at Page 2844. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 106 Bellevue Lane, Beckley, WV 25801. Being the same property conveyed to Barbara D Tigert and William E Tigert by the Deed dated February 24, 1993 and recorded in Deed Book 36 at Page 357 in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia.
