NOTICE OF HEARING



STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas, and all other interested persons, particularly in Woodward County, Oklahoma, including the following: Devon Energy Production Company, LP; PayRock II, LLC; PayRock Energy II, LLC; Newfield Exploration Mid-Continent, Inc.; Highland Non-Op, LLC; Competition Energy Holdings, LLC; Apache Corporation; and if any of the above-named parties is a dissolved partnership, corporation or other association, then the unknown successors, trustees and assigns, both immediate and remote, of such dissolved entity.



NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant, SandRidge Exploration and Production, LLC, has filed an application in this cause requesting the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma to enter an order, to be effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto, as follows: (i) amending pooling Order No. 655781 so that SandRidge Exploration and Production, LLC, OTC Operator No. 22281, 123 Robert S. Kerr Avenue, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73102, is designated and declared as Operator under such pooling order, including being Operator of the following described initial well under such pooling order:



Well Name: Plummer 2117 1H-24 Well

Well Location: The E½ of Section 24, Township 21 North, Range 17 West of the IM, Woodward County, Oklahoma

API Number: 35-15323583



and being Operator of any subsequent well or wells to be drilled under or otherwise covered by such pooling order; and (ii) granting such other and further relief as may be proper based upon the evidence presented in this cause. Such application states that pooling Order No. 655781 pooled the working interests, and adjudicated the rights and equities with respect thereto, of various oil and gas owners in the Mississippian (less Chester) common source of supply in the 640-acre horizontal well unit formed therefor in Section 24, Township 21 North, Range 17 West of the IM, Woodward County, Oklahoma.



NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the application in this cause requests that the order to be entered in this matter be made effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto and seeks to amend pooling Order No. 655781 in the manner described above.



NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause is set before an administrative law judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission. Notice is further given that the application in this cause may be amended at such hearing in accordance with the rules of the Commission and the laws of the State of Oklahoma.



NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any interested person or party desiring to protest the application in this cause shall have fifteen (15) days from receipt of this notice in which to file with the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma a written protest. Failure to submit a written protest within said fifteen (15) day period shall be deemed consent to the granting of the application.



NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause is set for hearing before an administrative law judge on the Conservation Docket at the Western Regional Service Office of the Corporation Commission, Jim Thorpe Building, 2101 North Lincoln Blvd., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at 8:30 A.M. on the 6th day of June , 2017, and that this notice be published as required by law and the rules of the Commission. If this cause is not protested, this matter may be disposed of by announcement, without a hearing.



NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that at any hearing in this cause, Applicant and interested parties may present testimony by telephone. The cost of telephonic communication shall be paid by the person or persons requesting its use. Interested parties who wish to participate by telephone shall contact Applicant or Applicant’s attorney, prior to the hearing date, and provide their names and telephone numbers.
