SECOND READING ORDINANCE NO. 2017-02
AN ORDINANCE OF BOYD COUNTY, KENTUCKY, RELATED TO THE LICENSING OF RESTAURANTS AND DINING FACILITIES FOR THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BY THE DRINK WHEN SUCH FACILITIES SEAT A MINIMUM OF FIFTY (50) PERSONS AND NOW PERMITTING THE RETAIL SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES DURING THE HOURS THAT POLLS ARE OPEN ON ANY PRIMARY, REGULAR, LOCAL OPTION OR SPECIAL ELECTION DAYS AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 05-07 TO NOW BE IN CONFORMITY WITH CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF SENATE BILL 11 OF THE 2016 KENTUCKY GENERAL ASSEMBLY LEGISLATIVE SESSION.
The above Ordinance was given First Reading by the Boyd County Fiscal Court on the 9th day of May, 2017, and a Second Reading on the 13th day of June, 2017 during a Regular Meeting of the Boyd County Fiscal Court, at 10:00 a.m. A full text of the aforesaid Ordinance is available for public inspection at the Office of the Boyd County Judge Executive, or the Boyd County Clerk’s Office.
