Compeer Financial’s Contact Center is expanding and we are looking for innovative, dynamic and collaborative team members to join the team. This position provides extraordinary service to all clients utilizing the services of Compeer Contact Center. The individual responds to all incoming telephone calls regarding account status, billing inquires, questions/problems and product/service inquiries. Addresses the client’s needs and performs client transactions. Initiates outbound calls to educate clients on Compeer’s products and services based on marketing strategies.
Qualifications: Some post H.S. education in accounting, business admin or related; minimum of 2 years related work experience, with prior contact center experience in the financial industry preferred; Background in agriculture preferred; High level of accuracy, attention to detail, & excellent client service skills essential.
