FOR THE OPENING OF CERTAIN UNNAMED ALLEY LOCATED BETWEEN US ROUTE 220 AND FIRST AVENUE AND ADJACENT TO LOTS 151, 156, 157 - 163 IN SECTION - A - AMENDED, CELLULOSE CITY, CRESAPTOWN, ELECTION DISTRICT 07, ALLEGANY COUNTY, MARYLAND.
Pursuant to Section 12 - 512 of the Local Government Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, notice is hereby given that the Cresaptown Eagles Aerie 2883, Inc., will petition the Commissioners of Allegany County, Maryland at their public meeting on the 4th day of January, 2018, to open an unopened portion of a ten (10) foot wide unnamed alley, which unopened portion of said street is located and shown on the Plat of Section A, Amended, Cellulose City, in Election District 07, Allegany County, Maryland. The aforesaid portion of the unopened street runs adjacent to lots 151, 156, 157 - 163 in Section A, Amended, Cellulose City, in a southeasterly direction approximately two hundred three (233) feet as shown on the aforesaid subdivision plat.
The pertinent part of the aforesaid unopened alley is bound on the westerly side by the property owned by your Petitioner, Cresaptown Eagles Aerie 2883, Inc. The pertinent part of the aforesaid property is bound on the easterly side by properties owned by your Petitioner, Cresaptown Eagles Aerie 2883, Inc., as well as a twenty five (25) foot piece of property owned by John S. Aldridge and Judith A. Aldridge, his wife, and known as Lot 151. Its location may be had by reference to the subdivision plat, Section A, Amended, Cellulose City, in Election District 07, Allegany County, Maryland, and can be examined by any interested party during the regular business hours of the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Allegany County, Maryland.
The purpose of the Petitioner’s petition is to have this portion of said unopened “paper alley” established as “open” for the purpose of filing an additional petition to have said unnamed alley closed and the property divided between the Petitioner and the adjoining property owner John S. Aldridge and Judith A. Aldridge, his wife, for the use of their respective parties.
