You are hereby notified that unless within thirty (30) days after completed service of this Notice upon you, Mortgagor performs in full the terms of default, by paying all amounts, including fees and costs and any subsequent amounts which become due and owing including fees or costs, or files with the Recorder of Clinton County, Iowa a rejection of this Notice pursuant to Iowa Code Section 655A.6 and serves a copy of the Mortgagee, the mortgage will be foreclosed.
